Oh yeah!!! My god, hasn't this year gone by quickly! Well... it was still a damn good movie.

Whoever said "Charlies Angels 2" needs slapping with some sense and take a 'taste' pill.

Kill Bill was fantastic... I know there is another film but can't remember the title... sounds like it wasn't that good but it was... my memory is rubbish. Its all the drugs [img]wink.gif[/img]

Im struggling to think of the best... i dont think ive really seen anything this past year that has made me go wow! Well i have but it wasnt a new release.

Of the stuff ive seen at the cinema this year the best for me was Secretary. The sex scene with Jeremy Davies was just about the funniest thing ive seen all year.

The most powerful film ive seen was The Magdalene Sisters which just fills you with bitter hatred for the catholic religion seeing all the cruel stuff they did to these poor girls. There are moments here that fill you with terrible discomfort to watch and im usually the one person who isnt effected by anything.

I feel compelled to mention Terminator 3 which i was fully expecting to be really bad, and while in places it did feel like a bland second rate copy of Terminator all in all it was an enjoyable movie, so that was the best pleasent suprise of the year.

Biggest disapiontment was Igby goes down, while it wasnt bad by any means i was going into this movie expecting something great and i got average.

School of Rock is an AWESOME flick. Jack Black wallowing in his element. Can't wait for the Tenacious D flick.

and T3 was a nice surprise. Was I the only one who didn't see the ending coming?

Hear me out.

I thought it capped off the end brilliantly for me, the fight between Smith and Neo got my blood pumping (no, not like that) and I've been talking about it since.

And why would Laughing duck need to prepare for shit for calling Once Upon A Time in Mexico one of the best three films of the year?

....It's perfectly obvious that the comment will be totally ignored when placed in the same post with the Matrix Revolutions, a film so bad i'd rather watch "The Avengers" and "Batman and Robin" all day in polish instead. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sorry Duck, i've picked on your choices before, but "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" and "Matrix Revolutions" are, for ME, the worst two films i've seen in a decade, i left both feeling just mentally touched in a wrong way [img]smile.gif[/img]

As for Matrix capping off brilliantly...IT HAS NO ENDING! AT ALL! Everything is as it was at the beginning of the first film, with the exception of an MIA Neo and a pointless celebration more sickeningly rehearsed than the non Special Edition Return Of The Jedi, with frikkin Ewoks singing the "jub jub" song.
